We offer a Free Click & Collect service from our showroom for most of our products.

DELIVERY RATES:

As standard we do not currently deliver outside the UK..
If you have an overseas purchase request please do contact us by email (info@cosynestinteriors.co.uk) and we can see if there is anything we can do to accommodate your purchase & shipping requirements.

**All items on your order ready for immediate dispatch will be shipped in 2 - 5 working  days, the rest of your order will follow within the stated delivery time frames. 

FURNITURE:

Ships in 10 - 15 working days - £45.00 within 50 mile radius  or free Click & Collect 

LUXURY FAUX FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS & PLANTS:

Please Note: Due to the size and weight of some of our larger luxury arrangements & plants we offer either:                                                                                                                                     Free Click & Collect service from our showroom or local delivery within certain areas - £25.00.                                                                                                                                                   Please use your postcode at the checkout to see if your area is covered, Or contact us to discuss a quote for deliveries outside these areas. 

All of our arrangements are hand made at our CosyNest showroom and can take up to 10-15 working days before they are ready to ship. If you require an arrangement on a quick turn around then please contact us and we can see what we can do to help. 

STEMS & BUNCHES:

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

We're sure you will love your purchases, but should you wish to make a return then please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.                          
You will then need to return your items within 14 days of notifying us, all returns are made at your own cost.                                                                                                                                   All products need to be returned in their original packaging, unused & in the same condition it was received. 

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to ensure safe return. The products are your responsibility until they are received back to the Cosy Nest Interiors return address. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you. You will need to hold proof of dispatch as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit. 

Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, and may take up to 10 working days. Return postage is at customer's own cost, except in cases of damaged/faulty goods.

MEDIUM PARCEL:  6kg - 15kg  2 - 5 Working days.  £10.95

LARGE PARCELl:  16kg - 30kg. 2 - 5 Working days £15.95 

HEAVY PARCEL: 30 - 56kg  2 - 5 Working days. £45.00

RETURNS POLICY

Return your items within 14 days to receive a full refund.  Simply send to the below address. Returns are at the customer's cost but do contact us if we can assist with arranging a courier collection for larger items.

Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. You will be issued with a credit note for any items returned after this time up to 30 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange unwanted items with a different item, but you can of course re-order online.

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.
